We are currently searching for an Event Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing and Events team in our Pittsburgh office ! The dedicated Event Coordinator will work directly with the Senior Manager - Communications & Events and will be responsible for coordinating details and logistics for client-facing, internal and community events including seminars, webinars, receptions, conferences, retreats, client entertainment and more! The Event Coordinator will also manage the inventory of promotional and event items. • Support the development of relevant event themes, coordinating specialty dcor, entertainment, etc. • Ability to travel as needed.
