Event Coordination: • Set up registration sheets and maintain accurate attendee records for all Passionist retreat events. • Communicate regularly with event captains responsible for recruiting retreatants, offering support and updates as needed. • Work in collaboration with staff to reconcile accounts and support financial reporting needs. • Assist with other duties as assigned to ensure the excellence of our Retreat Center.
