We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of event planning from concept development to flawless execution, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a natural talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing events from inception through completion, closely liaising with clients to understand their vision and objectives. This role requires effective management of budgets, timelines, and resources to create seamless and successful events.
As an Event Coordinator at Hype Tier, you will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution, handling on-site management tasks including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting. You will also monitor event performance and prepare comprehensive post-event reports. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines is a fundamental part of this role. This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $63,000 per year and provides opportunities for career growth and professional development within a supportive and collaborative work environment. Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
