Event Coordinator I - Hybrid Role

Client: Major Cosmetics Client Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of event coordination or event planning experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, or logistics.Experience coordinating trade shows or large-scale events is preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong project management and time management skills with strict adherence to deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other event/project management tools is preferred.
