The Event Coordinator will work closely with members to understand their needs and preferences while managing budgets and vendor relationships. • Coordinate numerous events simultaneously and attain information from Members and their Guests to communicate to operational departments. • Builds and maintains positive win-win relationships with internal partners, external vendors as well as with all Members and their Guests. • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, external partners, Members and their Guests via email, phone and in person exchanges. • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
