We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join the Hype Tier team in a full-time capacity. This role is critical to supporting the company’s continued growth and reputation for excellence by managing all facets of event planning. The Event Coordinator will be involved from the initial concept development through to the seamless execution of events, maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring every project meets client expectations on time and within budget. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $58,000 to $63,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role within the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be adept at multitasking, and demonstrate strong communication capabilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements, coupled with effective coordination with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff. Handling the logistics of event setup, management on-site, and post-event evaluation will be key responsibilities. Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards is also paramount.

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
proven experience in event planning or coordination
strong organizational and time management skills

knowledge of event management software is a plus
