Partner with regional and national leadership, including the Director of Event Operations and Regional General Managers, to align goals and execution strategies.Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, production, retail, and customer experience to support successful event delivery.Oversee and maintain key vendor relationships, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and alignment with operational needs. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L interpretation.Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.Demonstrated ability to drive operational strategy, process improvement, and change management.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce, Workday, and related systems.Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
