This position is designed for a duration of four months and is integral to the Event Support team within the university. Additionally, the FC will generate work orders for facilities management trades as required and input billing information into each project to streamline the billing process. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders involved in the events. , • Ensure that all event requests from the community are accurate and in accordance with customer requests and University policy. , • Allot appropriate time for event setup and breakdown to coordinate with other activities in the same space or nearby.
