Tallahassee Automobile Museum in Tallahassee, FL is looking for one event coordinator/marketing to join our team. Responsibilities • Customer relations for booking events by phone, email, and online *Booking events and generating contracts for customers to sign *Receive deposits and payments for events and printing invoice and batch reports to forward to the bookkeeper *Receive layout plan for event and coordinate with maintenance to have room set up as requested by customer *Coordinate with Bartenders for set up when an event has a bar *Cover phones and front counter when needed *Assist with open and close procedures when needed *Marketing to bring business in through social media We are looking forward to hearing from you.
