About the position Responsibilities • Assist with decorating hotel rooms and event venues for luxury events • Help set up beautiful balloon displays, floral arrangements, table settings, and other luxury decor • Collaborate with the lead event planner to ensure all decor meets our high standards of elegance and sophistication • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely event setups Requirements • Strong attention to detail and creativity • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Punctuality and professionalism • Ability to lift and carry decor items • Travel to various hotel locations across Manhattan Nice-to-haves • Experience with event decor or design is a plus Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and project size • Training provided for all new hires
