Event Detailer/Day Of Coordinator

Epic Venues—home to the award-winning Glasshouse and Corinthian Grand Ballroom—is seeking an exceptional Event Detailer & Day-Of Manager to support our luxury weddings, quinceañeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, and corporate events for 200–800 guests. • Lead day-of operations, managing vendors, staff, and guest flow to deliver a seamless, elevated experience. • Serve as the on-site point of contact day-of event, upholding the reputation of two of Northern California’s premier venues. Client & Vendor Communication • Serve as the primary liaison for planners, families, corporate clients, and vendors pre-event and on event day. • Ensure proper event breakdown, vendor load-out, and venue reset according to Epic Venues standards.
