Event Execution Specialist (Event Planning & Client Services): Guide clients from contract to event day while coordinating every detail for flawless execution. Successful candidates enjoy building client relationships, managing multiple moving pieces, communicating proactively, and ensuring every event detail is prepared for successful execution. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the planning process while ensuring that all event information remains accurate, up to date, and effectively communicated to our culinary, operations, staffing, venue, and vendor partners. The Event Execution Specialist serves as the bridge between the client, the planning process, and successful event execution. This position combines client relationship management, project coordination, communication, and operational planning.
