This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong background in event management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Events, participants, vendors, sponsors, and team members to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide updates throughout the planning process. • Assist in overseeing on-site event execution, including setup, coordination of activities, and breakdown. • Ability to work flexible hours.
