Event Facilitator

Seafair Event Yachts is a premier luxury yacht venue company specializing in high-end corporate, social, and experiential events aboard world-class vessels. As we continue to expand our fleet and footprint, we are seeking an Event Facilitator to manage the post-sale event planning process throughout Southwest Florida, with assistance as needed in Southeast Florida. The Event Facilitator – Southwest Florida is a post-sale event management role responsible for overseeing the planning, documentation, and coordination of contracted events from signed agreement up until event execution. Based in Naples, Florida, this role supports events throughout Southwest Florida (Marco Island through Tampa), with occasional assistance in Southeast Florida as needed. Documentation & Systems Management • Create and maintain accurate contracts, invoices, and BEOs within Tripleseat • Ensure BEOs contain all required operational details for hospitality and marine execution • Build detailed event layouts and seating diagrams using Prismm • Track payment schedules and coordinate with sales and accounting as needed • Maintain organized digital event files and documentation
