What will you be doing?

As an Event Management Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the flawless execution of banquet and catering events, aligning with our commitment to exceptional guest service and financial success. You will:

Guide and supervise teams across departments to ensure seamless execution of meetings and events. Assist on-site clients for groups and catering, addressing inquiries related to group room reservations, food and beverage options, function space, vendor services, and billing processes. Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, identifying issues and implementing improvements. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests, resolving concerns with efficiency and friendliness. Prepare and analyze reports and correspondence relevant to group activities.
