What You’ll Do • Participate in regular training sessions to learn about event operations, promotions, and client products • Engage with customers face-to-face to promote brand awareness and build positive relationships • Assist with customer account setup and management • Set, track, and achieve team and individual goals in collaboration with management • Provide exceptional service to maintain long-term client satisfaction • Mentor and guide new representatives as you develop your leadership skills • Support overall event execution and contribute to creating memorable brand experiences What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organization and time management abilities • Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-driven environment • Background in retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus
