Event Manager

Upohar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Event Manager to plan and lead on-site execution of catering events, such as weddings, corporate events and fundraising galas. The catering event manager is responsible for all aspects of food and beverage service at events, and coordinates details and logistics to deliver a smooth and successful experience that is consistent with Upohar’s brand promise. This is a part-time (project-based) position based in the Harrisburg area to manage events within a 90-minute drive radius. Event execution: Oversee the smooth running of events, addressing any issues that may arise during service. Strong communication skills: able to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors to make sure all details are understood and executed properly.
