The role of Event Manager at MJH Life Sciences is a vital position responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact in-person events that create meaningful experiences for healthcare professionals, sponsors, attendees, and internal stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of experience planning and executing in-person events conferences or meetings • Experience managing AV venue selection vendor negotiations and on-site logistics preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective negotiation and vendor management • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability • Strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe PDF Zoom Microsoft Teams • Ability to travel up to 25% • Must be able to work in a hybrid role based in Cranbury NJ
