We are hiring an entry level Event Manager in Indianapolis to lead live fundraising events and community activations throughout the area. You will manage your team, coordinate logistics, engage donors, and make sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

No experience required. Full paid training from day one.

What You Will Do

Plan and manage live charity fundraising events throughout Indianapolis
Lead and motivate event staff on-site at every activation
Coordinate event setup, flow, and breakdown
Engage with community members and donors at live events
Hit daily and weekly fundraising targets with your team
Report event results and performance to senior leadership

What We Are Looking For

A natural leader comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communicator with good organizational skills
Comfortable on your feet for extended periods at live events
Reliable transportation throughout Indianapolis
Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior event, fundraising, or leadership experience is a plus — never required
