Event Manager (Outdoor Year Round)

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and hands-on working manager to lead daily operations for our food distribution programs, including all pantry and mobile distribution events. This is a working manager position requiring active involvement in operations, event execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong, servant-leader with a heart for service, operational expertise, and a commitment to creating a positive, respectful, and empowering environment for clients, volunteers, and team members. Serve as the primary lead responsible for all events, including planning, execution, and oversight of pantry sites and mobile distribution events (up to 20 sites). Full-time, 40 hours per week; based in Naples office and on-site at events.
