In summary, the Event Coordinator at Spare Time Services plays a pivotal role in orchestrating successful, high-quality events, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous planning, communication, and hands-on management. • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, marketing or related field preferred • minimum of 2 years experience in event coordination or related role • excellent communication skills • strong organizational and time management skills • proficiency with event planning software • ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets • knowledge of legal, health, and safety requirements • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • valid driver's license preferred
