The role of Event Operations Supervisor at Legends Global involves overseeing all aspects of facility operations related to events to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to plan and organize assigned meetings or events, coordinating activities with service contractors, interpreting and explaining contract provisions and policies, and maintaining thorough event documentation. • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2-4 years related public facility management experience • knowledge of facility management principles • ability to operate AutoCAD preferred • excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • strong communication skills • ability to multitask and prioritize • professional presentation and work ethic • ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends and holidays • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
