The Events Manager is a leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, operational execution, and overall success of all company events. This position holds full accountability for event performance, ensuring that every operational, financial, and experiential component is aligned with company objectives and executed to the highest standard. While specialized departments—including Logistics, Event Housing, Merchandise, Marketing/Social Media, and Accounting—manage individual functional responsibilities, the Event Manager provides executive oversight and direction across all event-related operations. Communicate regularly with Club Directors, Coaches, Players, and Parents to ensure needs are met and to promote positive customer experiences. Qualifications and Required Skills
