The Event Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing chaplain-led events worldwide in support of the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains Building Strong & Ready Teams (BSRT) / Strong Bonds program. This role ensures successful delivery of Standard and Specialized Logistical Support Packages (LSPs), which may include meeting space, lodging, meals, childcare, transportation, audiovisual, curriculum, external presenters, and on-site administrative support. • Compliance & Standards • Ensure services comply with applicable Army Regulations, FAR/JTR travel rules, childcare protection laws, and federal/state/local standards. • Experience managing federal government events or equivalent. • Ability to maintain compliance with security, childcare, and safety requirements.
