Event Marketing & Communications Assistant – Entry Level

Our growing marketing division is hiring a motivated **Entry-Level Event Marketing & Communications Assistant** to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**

* **Public Relations & Outreach:** Engage directly with the public, donors, and event attendees to drive brand awareness, maximize campaign participation, and deliver compelling brand messaging.
* **Logistics & Material Management:** Help manage on-site event logistics, promotional materials, visual displays, and brand communications content.
* **Campaign Tracking:** Monitor public participation rates, track donor registration data, and provide feedback to help management optimize future campaign performance.
* **Team Collaboration:** Support fellow marketing team members with daily project execution, cross-training, and event coordination.
* **Creative Contribution:** Share creative ideas and innovative strategies to enhance campaign messaging and increase local event impact.
