Event Marketing Coordinator

The Tradeshow Event Coordinator supports the execution of lower-complexity tradeshows and logistics workstreams, while building foundational experience across the tradeshow portfolio. Support planning and execution for lower-complexity events and assigned workstreams Coordinate logistics including shipping, vendor deliverables, timelines, and onsite needs Assist with budget tracking, documentation, and post-event wrap-up Support event registration tools, asset tracking, and reporting Partner with GL27 and GL28 roles on larger events as needed Ensure adherence to ECoE processes, templates, and standards Build foundational expertise in tradeshow operations and execution You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
