EVENT MEETING MANAGER

Job Description The Event Meeting Manager is responsible for prospecting, contracting, planning and managing the execution of events, with a focus on Wedding and Social market segmentation, for Belterra Casino Resort. The Event Meeting Manager: Strategizes, identifies, and pursues Wedding and Social business opportunities from the prospecting and inquiry phase through the implementation of the sales agreement, detailing of the event and seamless execution. Provides accurate and timely communication both with the client and the Property. Qualifications These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in event management or related field, as well as one to three years of experience in the hospitality industry. Proven history of guest service that clearly showcases an understanding of guest service and revenue growth.
