Event Operations Manager

The start date of this position is tentatively set for March 16, 2026. The Event Operations Manager assists the General Manager of Event Operations with the execution and hands on management of weddings and other social events, including, but not limited to: Event Day Set Up • Create staff assignment sheet and ensure all event staff work efficiently on their assigned tasks • Coordinate with Event Manager to identify priority tasks for the day and assign staff to those tasks • Serve as the on-site point of contact for other event planners or vendors when the Event Manager is unavailable Contact rental company for emergency assistance. Bar Inventory & Ordering • Complete full bar inventory counts and place required bar grocery orders through the Chef • Coordinate with the Event Manager and General Manager to determine liquor needs for all events • Receive liquor deliveries and ensure proper inventory rotation
