Event Operations Manager

Special Teams University is looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Event Operations & Athlete Experience Coordinator to help oversee the planning and execution of elite long snapping events, including our Pro Prep Camp and Combine Training experiences. This is a behind-the-scenes event operations role focused on logistics, organization, partnerships, athlete experience, and overall event execution. The purpose of this role is to support and elevate the event experience by handling operational responsibilities, improving organization, assisting with logistics, and helping the coaching staff operate efficiently throughout the event. This role is critical in helping continue to elevate the overall experience for athletes, coaches, and partners while allowing the coaching staff to focus on what they do best: coaching and developing elite specialists. Athlete attendance and camp registrations are not tied to compensation for this role, as athlete acquisition and coaching operations remain under the direction of Special Teams University.
