Coordinate and oversee operational planning for multiple events simultaneously Review event details, production requirements, schedules, and staffing needs Ensure equipment, vehicles, and personnel are prepared and assigned appropriately Identify potential challenges before they become operational issues Maintain clear communication with clients, venues, vendors, and internal team members Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, venues, and team members.
