Event Operations & Sales Manager

We are hiring a hands on Event Operations and Sales Manager to help lead bookings, manage backend systems, and execute events from contract to completion. This is a hybrid position combining sales, operations, logistics, and on site event leadership. The Event Operations and Sales Manager is responsible for managing event bookings, contracts, client communication, inventory oversight, logistics preparation, and working events on site. Work weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties as bartender, server, or event captain Lead event setup and breakdown Supervise staff on site and maintain high service standards Problem solve in real time to ensure seamless execution Represent the Blind Tiger brand professionally at all events Capture event content while actively working Commission Structure: 2% on events booked between 2,000 and 5,999 3% on events 6,000 and above
