The Event Operations Specialist will work closely with the Event Management team to coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, staffing, vendor management, and on-site execution. Responsibilities include developing event timelines, managing event budgets, coordinating with internal departments (security, concessions, technical), and overseeing the setup and breakdown of event spaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. A strong understanding of event planning principles and experience in a sports or entertainment environment are highly desirable.
