Event Planner

Tens of thousands of organizations worldwide use KnowBe4s platform to mobilize their end users as a last line of defense and enable them to make better security decisions, every day. ** **Responsibilities:** • Work with the Marketing Events Manager to organize the logistics for all prospective events, including but not limited to: timelines, venues, vendors, hotels, staffing, budget proposals, pre-event logistics/operational details, on-site event management and reconciliation • Work with international teams to support global events as needed • Help to identify and secure staff, speakers, special guests, and/or entertainment for each event • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to present possible marketing event • Ensure the Marketing department has detailed information and goals for each event • Provide technical and administrative support to the Marketing team, attendees and guests • Collaborate with Marketing team to promote events pre and post event • Assist the Marketing Events Manager and Marketing team in meeting Company objectives for lead generation from conferences, events, and trade shows • Process the leads from events quickly to help ensure the success of each event • Organize and maintain an annual calendar and website page of confirmed marketing events • Order promotional items and maintain inventory • *Requirements:** • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience • Experience in event planning • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.
