The Life Enrichment Director will also lead, train, and be accountable for Life Enrichment support roles within the community. Responsible for the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment Department. Responsible for completion of all administrative tasks (e.g., budget management) pertaining to Life Enrichment with the ability to delegate where appropriate to Life Enrichment support roles.
