Event Planner and Club Concierge

We are seeking an energetic and personable Event Planner and Club Concierge to elevate our guest experience by providing outstanding customer service, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations within our club and beach facilities. This position offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills will shine, helping guests create memorable moments while supporting the smooth management of events and club services.

Preferred Candidate: Event planning experience required. Hospitality or food and beverage experience strongly preferred . Strong interest in learning all aspects of event planning and private club lifestyle. Degree in hospitality or equivalent job experience. Willing to work hard and gain a vast range of experience in both event planning and country club hospitality. An ideal candidate is professional, punctual and eager to learn. Prior experience creating BEOs and using planning software such as CVENT.

Compensation: $20-$24 + TIPS

Qualifications:

· Degree in hospitality or related field OR equivalent work experience

· Hard working

· Quick learner

· Make decisions quickly and ability to solve problems

· Reliable and punctual

· A passion for hospitality

· Self-starter with a proactive approach

Tasks:

· Answering club phone calls and directing appropriately

· Administrative duties relating to events, food and beverage

· Direct members and guests and answer general questions

· Assist in implementing new and existing events

-Plan and co-plan events such as baby showers, graduation parties, retirement parties, club events for kids, holiday parties, and more.

· Event setup and tear down

· Vendor research

· Lead execution of events

-Includes service, bussing, hosting

· Help manage restaurant reservations

· Maintain event inventory and manage event dry cleaning

· Support event operations as needed

· Manage and maintain event and club calendars

· Organize and keep event orders up to date

· Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

· Reliable transportation

· Available nights, weekends and some holidays

· Liquor license preferred

· Proficient in reading comprehension, spelling and grammar

· Able to utilize Microsoft Office, social media platforms and event software

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
