Excited by the prospect of building social media channels from scratch rather than inheriting an established, high-performing accountExperienced in day-to-day social media management including content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagementSkilled in developing mission-aligned content — short-form video (Reels), graphics, Stories, and written posts — that drives engagement and supports fundraising goalsExperienced in community management, including responding to comments/messages and fostering meaningful online relationshipsA strategic thinker who understands how to grow an audience organically and authenticallyKnowledgeable about Instagram and Facebook algorithms, best practices, and emerging trendsComfortable using analytics tools to set benchmarks, track growth, and iterate based on performanceFamiliar with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or BufferProficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for graphic design and basic video editingExperience with Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus — including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance reporting This is currently a hybrid position; however, Heal The Earth reserves the right to transition it to a full-time, in-person role if necessary.
