Event planner & coordinator

Lynda’s at the Ocean Club is seeking a highly organized and service-driven Event Planner & Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of private events, member functions, and social gatherings at our oceanfront club in South Ponte Vedra Beach. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the event lifecycle—from initial client engagement through post-event follow-up—ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience that reflects the standards of our club. • Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, and service teams to execute food and beverage offerings in accordance with client expectations • 2+ years of event planning or hospitality coordination experience (private club, resort, or upscale restaurant preferred) • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
