The Senior Planner role within Amenity Services at JPMorgan Chase is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the coordination and logistics of meetings and events within the firm's Client Center. As a Senior Planner, you will lead a team of conference center planners ensuring service excellence and operational effectiveness while adhering to global standards. Collaboration with partners in Technology and the broader Regional Management team is essential to deliver an outstanding user experience that aligns with the company's high standards. The role involves managing client interactions with warmth and professionalism, troubleshooting client challenges with effective solutions, and maintaining an environment of teamwork and leadership by example. You will participate actively in operations meetings, provide strategic feedback, conduct staff reviews, identify training needs, and manage the EMS system for accurate reservation and reporting. This position demands a highly organized professional with a background in luxury hospitality, event planning, and food and beverage services, equipped with superior interpersonal skills, tactical client management abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and audio-visual systems. Flexibility to work varied shifts and a bachelor’s degree are required, with knowledge of the EMS booking system considered a plus. • Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years experience in luxury hospitality industry, event planning and food & beverage with high touch customer service

• Proven experience in managing and developing a team
• Working knowledge of audio-visual systems
