This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Event team by handling various administrative and organizational responsibilities. • Prepare and distribute various documents, including daily event lists, weekly event sheets, memorandums, and banquet event orders, to appropriate personnel. • Enter guarantees into the computer system to facilitate accurate food preparation and seamless service during events. • Prepare comprehensive meeting planner packets upon the group's arrival, containing essential information such as welcome letters, phone lists, schedules, and banquet event orders.
