This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for creating memorable experiences and a knack for seamless event execution. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, from corporate functions and conferences to client appreciation gatherings. This includes managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently, such as venue selection, catering, A/V equipment, and transportation. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in event planning and coordination, is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and proficiency in event management software are essential.
