This is a part-time, in-person, entry-level job perfect for a college student interested in event planning.
Busy event planner is looking for a part time assistant. 10 hours per week, during business hours, in our Merion Station office with additional opportunities for hours on site at events during evenings and weekends.
Must be a reliable, detail-oriented, outgoing person, comfortable making calls to vendors, organizing quotes, working with excel spreadsheets.
Event, non-profit, fundraising, office or administrative or food service experience a plus.
Starting pay $15./ hour for assistant - guaranteed 10 hours per week.
$20/hour for evening/weekend, on-site, event staffing work as needed.
