Job Description

Good Boys Group is hiring a Event Planning & Culture Developer to help shape the energy, experience, and environment of a fast-growing life and annuity organization.

This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a hands-on, people-focused position centered around creating experiences, building culture, and making this an organization people are excited to be part of.

You will play a key role in designing the atmosphere of the office, planning events, and bringing the team together in a way that drives engagement, connection, and growth.

Responsibilities

Culture, Events & Experience

Plan and execute team events, lock-ins, trainings, and offsitesCoordinate logistics, schedules, vendors, and event details end-to-endCreate and maintain a high-energy, positive, and engaging office environmentSupport team engagement through recognition, team-building, and culture initiativesOrganize networking opportunities and group outingsAct as a culture ambassador by welcoming new team members and fostering connectionOperational Support (Light)

Assist with onboarding coordination and team organizationHelp maintain internal communication and alignment across the teamSupport leadership with day-to-day coordination needs

Qualifications

Strong organizational and event planning skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneouslyHigh energy, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentQuick to learn new tools and systems (Google Workspace, CRM tools, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in event planning, hospitality, coordination, or team leadershipExperience in networking or community engagementBackground in fast-paced or growth-stage environments

Work Environment

In-person role based in Scottsdale, AZFast-paced, team-oriented office environmentFrequent team events, offsites, and collaborative activities
