The Ideal Candidate will:

Possess 2 years of experience in event management, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Execute Exceptional Events: Oversee event documentation, ensure seamless service transitions, and provide primary support to clients to ensure a polished, problem-free experience.

Maximize Revenue Potential: Identify and recommend upsell opportunities and enhancements that elevate the guest experience and increase overall contract value.

Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster open, effective communication with clients throughout the event lifecycle to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved, creating opportunities for repeat business.

Guide Team Performance: Clearly communicate client needs to your team, offering direction and constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Support Sales Initiatives: Engage in client visits and pre-event discussions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our offerings to help tailor the perfect event solution.

Resolve Challenges in Real Time: Utilize your sound judgment to expertly address any guest concerns and negotiate service adjustments efficiently under pressure.
