Event Planning Professional

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Event Planning Professional to support our team in San Jose. Key Responsibilities "> "> • Identify requirements and expectations for each event"> • Implement event concepts and themes"> • Prepare event budgets and process invoices"> • Plan events in line with the budget drawn-up for the event"> • Organize suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment"> • Manage set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations"> • Anticipate attendee needs and prepare against potential risks"> • Conduct a pre- and post-event analysis to improve future events"> • Maintain good relationships with various vendors and venue owners"> • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen scenarios or mishaps during an event"> • Supervise activities during events and serve as the problem-solver on the day"> "> A minimum of 3 years of management experience and 3 years of functional experience is required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
