The Event Planning Specialist role within the Marsh McLennan Global Events team is tailored for an ambitious, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about hospitality and event management. The Event Planning Specialist will also engage in post-event evaluation, analyzing attendee feedback and event metrics to refine future event strategies. • Bachelor's Degree • Minimum 3 years full-time event management experience with corporate event planning and C-suite exposure • Reside in NYC tri-state area • Experience with in-person and hybrid events • Willingness to travel approx 20% yearly for site visits and on-site event management • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and extended hours • Hybrid role requiring at least 4 days per week in New York City office
