Position: Personal Logistics / Planning Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55$70/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Develop long-horizon planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation in personal logistics.Create scenarios in travel, household logistics, and event planning with checkable answers.Evaluate multi-stop trips, contractor shortlists, and move checklists against defined criteria.Coordinate multi-party events considering availability and location constraints.Work independently and focus on challenging tasks requiring long sessions.Qualifications
Must-Have
3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project management.Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning.Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables.Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step.Compensation & Legal
