Event Producer

We are currently looking to fill the position of an Event Producer. The role will be unique in that the producer will primarily manage one client for the duration of the year, and support others as business needs dictate. The role requires excellent event-planning skills along with the ability to lead and guide clients from concept to completion. • Provide executive leadership and counsel to all clients • Manage of all client communication • Lead producer teams for event execution • Mentor other producers on the team • Create event documents to include Experience Documents, Event Memos, Production Schedules, and others as required. • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Calendar and other software programs • Marketing experience a plus • Located in Washington DC
