Mayker is looking for a thoughtful and detail-driven Event Production Coordinator to help carry our projects from confirmation through installation with clarity, care, and precision. Once a project is confirmed, the Event Production Coordinator helps translate the vision developed during the proposal phase into a clear and thoughtful plan for installation—working closely with our warehouse and inventory teams to ensure every detail is accounted for. Responsibilities may include: • Serving as a client-facing representative for Mayker during installation • Guiding the install team according to the approved plan and layout • Ensuring the placement, presentation, and overall installation reflect Mayker’s standards • Maintaining clear communication between the client, venue, and installation team • Addressing logistical challenges that arise during setup and keeping the installation moving forward • Upholding Mayker’s standards for professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail on-site Responsibilities may include: • Conducting site visits to better understand venue layouts, access points, and installation logistics • Building relationships with venue teams and trusted partners to strengthen confidence in Mayker’s professionalism and process • Maintaining organized records of venue logistics, requirements, and preferences that help future projects run smoothly • Developing and maintaining a shared knowledge base of venue details, client preferences, and partner insights that inform future installations Hours may flex depending on the seasonality and timing of events, and the role includes regular on-site presence for installations and project execution.
