Requirements • 3 or more years experience in event production, live events, or AV tech management • Hands on experience with large scale events, preferably with corporate or high profile audiences • Mastery of technical systems including audio, lighting, LED, video switching, and more • Proven ability to lead a team and run a show • Able to manage complex calendars, timelines, and logistics • Willingness to relocate or commute to Harrisburg, PA • Obsessed with details, ownership, and delivering flawlessly under pressure Travel Expectations:This position includes regular regional travel (primarily along the East Coast) and occasional national assignments.
