This is a Digital Events Producer contract role focused on managing a large-scale internal engineering event program consisting of nearly 300 webinars. What the Candidate Will Do Manage the complete lifecycle of approximately 300 webinar sessions.Coordinate with engineering presenters, program leadership, and production teams.Schedule and oversee webinar recordings, rehearsals, simulive events, and VOD (Video On Demand) publishing.Administer digital event platforms such as:vFairsSocialiveZoom EventsCventWorkfrontEnsure branding consistency across all event recordings.Manage content submissions, webinar assets, metadata, tagging, and captioning.Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
